New foot problem required a steroid injection. The purpose of the injection and the type medicine used, were thoroughly explained. I was given additional handouts and education regarding exercises to facilitate healing. Dr Rossi is very thorough, professional, and courteous.

Dr. Rossi is always courteous, professional and polite. She listens to my health concerns and is very helpful with education and suggestions regarding comfort and improved care. The staff is friendly and always helpful. On this day, I was scheduled for the next appointment as I was leaving the exam room. This certainly added to the ease of scheduling.
