Patient Experience Reviews
Can not say enough good things about Dr. Rondinelli! What a huge asset he is to UH and the Cleveland community.
Very thorough and gave me plenty of time for all of my questions.
I made an appt with Dr. Rondinelli to establish care with a new PCP, as my family member saw him and a few weeks prior and was very impressed by the level of care she received. I am so glad I switched! Dr. Rondinelli was very kind and compassionate! He took the time to review my history, current issues, and current medications. He is very knowledgeable and provided new recommendations that even my specialty providers did not offer. I appreciate his transparency and for including me in making informed decisions about my health and my future. Hands-down he is the best Primary Care Provider I've seen so far. I will be transferring my husband's care to this office and hopefully one day we can establish care for our future children with Dr. Rondinelli so he can care for our entire family!
Dr. Rondinelli is exceptional. Spends time talking with me and discussing my overall health. He followed up with necessary referrals. Actually got a call from the office staff providing me with the results of my bloodwork. I don't recall that happening before with my previous pcp.
This was the first visit with Dr. Rondinelli- he was very knowledgeable and very kind.
Dr. Rondinelli was awesome! He saw me because my regular PCP is on extended leave. He knew everything about my health and what the purpose of my visit was. He sent in my medication refill promptly and I had my refill in two days. Would absolutely see him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new PCP!!
I am very impressed with Dr. Rondinelli, and would recommend him to anybody enthusiastically. He knows me and my medical history, cares about me, and treats me with respect. It's very easy to schedule an appointment, and he is easy to contact outside of appointments.

My long time primary care physician retired and Dr Rondinelli was recommended as his replacement. Dr Rondinelli was very professional, showed concern, friendly, up to date on my medical records, explained some possible procedures and made several referrals for overdue tests prior to complete annual physical. I was very satisfied.

At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
