Patient Experience Reviews
Very pleased with Christina and her staff. They take their time, listen and are knowledgable about my particular concerns. Ordered diagnostics with follow-up. I recomend.
Great experience with my provider
This was the first time I saw this provider. She listened, talked, asked questions. I would feel comfortable seeing her again. I think this practice has a wonderful staff of physicians, CNP, nurses, front desk staff, etc.
Everything went very well, I like coming here all the Drs. And nurses take the time and listen to you. And treat you very well.
I really like Christina Rafferty as my medical provider as well as her nurses. They're all really a great team. I'm so glad to have her. Thank you sincerely ***.
I have to say, PA Christina Rafferty is the best Physician I have had that straightened out all my problems within three months Of being her patient!!!! I am definitely grateful to have her as my provider!! And will highly recommend her to anybody that's looking for a Physician.
I have never felt so seen and heard by a physician Christina was amazing. I had my mom with me due to my issues with dizziness. Her and I felt comfortable the minute she walked in. She was down to earth, kind, knowledgeable. She makes you feel like your not crazy, like most physicians. I had been to another physicians, and the hospital in 2 weeks of dizziness. Within 10 minutes or less, She check my ears finding an ear infection in one ear and fluid in the other. She suggested I get a mammogram, none of my previous physicians thought about me doing one. She did more bloodwork to rule out other concerns. For the first time in years, I feel like I have a physician I can trust and actually listens to me about my concerns!
I went for my very first appointment- everyone was very nice and the office was very clean
Tina is awesome! I love how she sits and talks with me about my health and what we need to do to improve it. She shows real concern for her patients.
Dr Raferty is amazing and took my concerns very seriously, I feel super comfortable with her
Good experience. It would have been excellent if the last nurse would have walked me to the door after everything was done. She gave me documents told me I was all set and walked away. I'm hard of hearing so I was left yo walk myself out.
I really like Christina Raftery NP.
Loved seeing Tina Raftery. She is not my regular provider, but I would not hesitate to see her again. She is competent in every way. Glad she is there and her availability is an asset. I appreciate her
The doctor was amazing and did a great job
NP Christina was absolutely wonderful & comforting.
Very pleasant staff
Excellent care
First time I saw Tina. She Is super nice. Glad I got to meet her. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again. It was just an A1C checkup visit.
Perfect physician and staff all around.
I am glad Tina had an opening as Patty Kelly (who is fantastic and my first preference) was booked for the day. I had a sinus infection and an ear infection and needed to be seen that morning. She is very welcoming.
Had not met Dr. Raftery before, but was provided excellent care and advice by her and her support staff. Would not hesitate to schedule visit with her in future. Very present and engaged throughout visit, active listener. ***
Thank you!
The care provider has ALWAYS been great. ***
Christina and her staff get to the heart of the problem and act.
Christina was amazing. I had a bit of an embarrassing problem but she was super easy to talk to and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I appreciated the care I received and I will definitely continue coming back.
Tina Raferty gets to the heart of issues that I have, and does something about it. Tina is a very pragmatic health care worker in a world where I usually get shuffled around for more "tests" and get no answers or am assigned another pill.
I am so satisfied with Dr. Christina Rafferty! She made me feel comfortable from first meeting her I have looked on for a new PCP and she's wonderful. So glad I found her. ***
This was the first time I had dr raferty I really liked her. I thought she was a very good doctor
Always a great experience. I'm very happy with my provider and all the staff .
Tina is very professional and understanding about me. She really cares about me.
Always a great experience with this office! From the time I walk in until I leave I always feel welcomed. I am new to the practice and I have no complaints!
I called at 10:30am. Was able to be seen at 11:20am. I was very pleased with getting my appointment so quickly as I was feeling quite awful.
Dr Raftery was very thorough when going through my concerns and the steps to take to achieve the goals I want to reach.
Tina is amazing she is the only one I want to see anymore. She takes the time to listen to me and takes my concerns seriously.
Excellent service
Very prompt and concerned care
Christina Rafferty, is great as well as her nurses and the staff that are doing their hours of service and or shadowing. Since I have seen Christina she has really helped me and my labs are amazing. She ordered a ton of tests like a colonoscopy, mammogram and calcium score test. I never would have complied because I was scared to see those results but with her expertise on my health I complied. She is right now working diligently with me and my insurance to ensure I can stay on certain medications. I am just overjoyed with this medical office. I also referred my mom to her as well for care and that is working out fabulous for her too. Christina is down to earth and really cares about her patients. Christina knows I am not perfect with some of my life decisions on smoking, vaping and diabetic diet but she is patient with me and makes sure I do everything and every test she orders.
Excellent experience
Good experience
Good visit treated with respect and care. All questions answered.
The provider and the assistant were both amazing. I have a complicated health history and I found them both easy to talk to and very good at listening. Very happy to have found a great primary care physician.

Very well taken care of very pleased
Christina is an amazing care provider and I recommend North Coast Family Practice to everyone I know. No matter who I see in the office they always provide a wonderful and thoughtful experience. Such an amazing team!!
She was great
Dr Raftery took extra efforts to review my recent hospital visit and be well informed for my visit. She showed empathy and compassion for my new diagnosis while offering the best course of action until I could see a specialist.
The "doctor", Ms. Raftery, was pretty good but her assistant *** was outstanding. She explained everything that was going to happen and when I posed hypothetical questions to her, she was confident, clear and knowledgeable with her answers and the ones she didn't know, or wasn't sure of, the answers, she stated that and assured me that she would find the answers before I left and she did. Excellent listening skills as well.
Dr Rafferty is easy to talk to and treats you as a friend in a professional manner. Great Dr.
