Ann is very caring and she is willing to listen to my concerns/questions. Also, I appreciate that she incorporates my needs in her decisions pertaining to my healthcare.

Great experience.

As always I had a wonderful checkup visit with Nurse Ann!

Absolutely LOVE THIS office!! All the ladies from front desk to the nurse to doctor were amazing!

Dr. Ann is great. She keep her patient engaged

Ann Marie Raffis NP is just what I want in a health care provider. She's knowledgeable about my situation, she's easy to talk to, she called me herself to update me on a prescription, and she returned my call about a subsequent question regarding the prescription. She was intent on making sure I was able to get the medication I needed by working with my pharmacy. As an aside, I have found the nurse practitioners are better than doctors when it comes to taking the time to listen.

Dr. Raffis is the only provider that I trust with my Healthcare and well being. She is very patient and caring and helps to keep me calm during my appointments (I experience high anxiety at times).

This was my first time seeing this care provider, she was amazing, easy to talk with, and she care about my concerns!

I really enjoyed seeing this provider! I thought she was excellent as was the medical assistant. I would definitely schedule my next appt with her!

Ann is always remarkable, the office did not schedule my follow up appointment bc I had to see what hospitals were close to me that could do my follow up, normally the office does it for me beautifully. 10/10 I recommend my provider all the time.

I didn't need another appointment everything was everything thanks very much.

Provider care was excellent

Wonderful experience

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
