Evan Rae, DO, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Wooster and doctor of osteopathic medicine from the Ohio College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He completed his family practice residency at University Hospitals St. John Medical Center, where he served as chief resident in the family practice program. Dr. Rae treats patients of all ages.

Dr.Rae is an awesome provider recommended 10/10. He is always goes above and beyond with my care, worries, or concerns I may have. He reassures me and takes time to explain things to me so that I am not anxious about any of my health concerns. I can reach out to him anytime on Mychart or calling the office and know that he will return my call or reply to my message within a couple of hours. He Provides exceptional care to myself and my children.

Dr. Rae, is an outstanding PCP for me. This last visit for my check up he since in a hurry some what. Dr. Rae always ask if I have any questions or issues when we are about done. This time he didn't ask. I was let down and surprise Dr. Rae didn't.

I always have had a good experience with my doctor. I have sent four patients to him that have become regulars. I should get a referral bonus. Lol. The nurse was named Hope. She's very pleasant and people friendly. I like her very much. The receptionists are friendly and also people friendly. Thus far, I have never had any issues. Any questions I have had in the past, have always been answered quickly. I will continue to recommend my doctor to any of my friends that might be looking for a primary care physician.
