I have been with Dr. Potoczak for 27yrs.All of my kids still go to him ,and my grandkids now also.He has always taken care of me and given me respect. Very professional and I would highly recommend him and his partners to anyone.Very satisfied going to him with all my health needs.

Dr Potoczak has been my doctor for over 30 years. I trust him with my care and when another doctor/specialist suggests surgery or a new medication, I always make an appointment to discuss it with Dr Potoczak because I trust his opinion. Also I want to keep him informed about my concerns. He always listens and gives good advise. I really appreciate him, as does my family.
