Avkash Patel, MD, MS, is a vascular surgeon and endovascular specialist at University Hospitals Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute. He is skilled in performing the full range of open and minimally invasive surgical procedures for patients with aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection, carotid artery disease, hemodialysis access issues, mesenteric artery disease, peripheral artery disease and renal artery disease.
Dr. Patel earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He also holds a Master of Science from Drexel University’s Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences & Professional Studies.
