I've seen this provider for virtual visits at least once or twice before, with the most recent having been about 2.5-3 mo prior. She remembered not just me but even important and related factors of my life, such as the fact that I had a dog. And that proved to be clinically relevant to the diagnosis and treatment plan. Exceptional, caring provider!
