Dr. Morales Mena and her staff show the greatest customer service ever. They always listen to my problem at the moment and always respond in a caring, courteous, and utmost respectful manner. Dr. Morales Mean and her staff are the greatest Rheumotology Office!!!
I never met a doctor or specialist I liked immediately. Dr Morales put me at ease immediately with her caring, listening of me describing my medical conditions and problems with my constant aches and pain.
Had an issue with a staff member not following up an urgent phone call from us that the doctor said to make an appt.

She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to discuss my condition and explain treatment options in terms that anyone could understand. The infection doctor who was giving me IV treatments in the hospital and at home dropped care for me and Dr. Morales went above and beyond to ensure I had medical coverage during a very difficult time. While there were some issues in the past, they have been rectified and Dr. Morales is a superb doctor.

Very good provider , I think it would be nice if they staff can update you on how your approval for medicine went through so you can keep appointment they have made months in advance.
