Dr. Mikail and her office staff are caring compassionate and knowledgeable.
I am a satisfied patient
Love Dr. Mikhail!!
Dr. Mikhail listens to all my concerns and takes the time to answer all my questions.
Dr.Josephine Mikhail has been my doctor for many years and I always feel confident under her care.
Provider is excellent and always listens and shows care and concern. Sometimes wait time is long but provider is worth waiting for.
I have been seeing this doctor for many years and I think she is the best. She is right on with any problems I have ever had.
Short visit for consultation and advice on a medical problem. Satisfactory visit answered my questions.
Always a positive experience
Great doctor but always runs late
All good
Dr J Mikhail is amazing!!!Daughter is on waiting list to have her for her PCP
Great first appointment
Great provider terrible wait time.
Had an issue that care provider eased my mind by explaining in a way could understand and not be worried when I was over reacting.
Always informative with my questions and concerns. Helps me keep up with my medications, vaccines. I do not feel stressed or anxious at my appointments.
All good.
Discussed my care with me as long needed
Dr Mikhail takes excellent care of me.
I have seen Doctor Mikhail for years. I appreciate her care.
My provider urged me to go get an additional blood test immediately following my appointment, which I did. I was told that I would be called with the blood test results so that I could begin medication. My appointment was on Monday, I had the results early on Tuesday morning, it is Friday and I still haven't heard from the office. I called the office on Tuesday around noon regarding my test results and did not receive a return phone call. I am dealing with what I would consider a pretty serious condition and the care or lack there of I am receiving is very disappointing. I take my health seriously and I would expect my doctor to do the same.
Dr. Josephine Mikhail and her staff are the best. I am so grateful for their care and help over many years. She always gives me me the time I need to explain my concerns, and provides me with a course of action, and a cure!
I am very pleased and grateful for Dr. Mikhail's concern and empathy. She is a good listener and problem solver. It is clear that she values her patients and has their best interests in mind.
Always a good visit.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
