Would recommend Dr Mendpara in a heart beat to anyone looking for an oncologist. He's very knowledgeable, keeps up with latest medicines and has been my life line for almost 15 years I could not recommend anyone better than Dr. Mendpara.
In all the years that I have visited Dr Mendpara, this is the first time I had to wait. It was not an overly long, wait but the nurse and Dr Mendpara explained the reason for the delay. I truly appreciated this although I did not feel that I waited overly long.

He spent as much time as I needed, was friendly, and had good ideas for additional care and evaluation. His nurse Is friendly and knowlegable, and very helpful in scheduling additional testing. Dr Mendpara saved my life even though he was was not the doctor that was treating me for my problem. My experience with Dr Mendpara and the staff was excellent. My first visit I was nervous and uncertain of my condition. The staff was so nice and friendly and I did not wait more than 15 mins from my scheduled appointment. Dr. Mendpara asked me a slew of questions regarding my medical history and my current condition for being in his office. He made me feel like he truly cared about me and my condition. He even questioned me on if I had scheduled my colonoscopy and when I said no, he said we will take care of that today! He set me up with a referral and that Dr. *** called me to schedule the appt! My second visit experience was just as good as the first. Dr Mendpara really made me feel comfortable and at ease. Staff was great, his nurse *** was on vacation for my second visit and her "fill In" was just as amazing!! My third visit is the visit that I had to wait longer than 15 mins but the staff was again amazing! They checked me in, took my vitals ahead of time just trying to keep things moving. My stomach growled loudly and I apologized that I hadn't eaten lunch yet and she came back into the exam room with a snack bag of pretzels and said I could have a snack while I waited. That was absolutely amazing!!! Dr Mendpara again for my third visit made me feel like I was the only care he had that day. I am very relieved that there is nothing seriously wrong with me that requires ongoing treatment. I do not need any additional follow up care with him. However, I would not hesitate to go back to him, if needed and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
