I LOVE Dr Mendenhall and her staff!!
Rachel is one of the best! I trust her more than any doctor I've ever been to in the *** area or even University hospitals she is kind she pays attention to detail she always listens she has our entire family and always does the best thing for all of us. I literally completely and fully trust her with our lives! She makes recommendations that are wonderful she gets us right away into specialist if we need and she is just an incredibly compassionate person If you could find more people like her, University hospitals would be one of the greatest in the world. In the past there have been times where days after an appointment, she would call to touch base just to make sure that we were doing better or feeling better No matter how hard I try I don't think I could ever say enough wonderful things about her as a PA or as a human being.
She is professional, knowledgeable, and is easy to talk to. She did seem to be quite busy and concerned about the time the appointment was taking and it seems that not enough time is being provided for appts. She was behind and it was early in the day. Time is quite a factor more recently than before. Given a feel of lack of time she makes sure all questions and concerns are answered clearly.
The wait may be a little long but the care and concern made up for it. This was my first visit with Dr Mendenhall and I was very impressed and happy with her

I have been going to see Rachel Mendenhall for over 4 or more years now and I also have seen other doctors here. For me this is the best doctors office ever and I always recommend them to everyone. I even got my sister and my oldest son to come to this office and hope I can get more people to come here. The best.

Rachel Mendenhall is excellent. She has provided care for me over many years. I like her friendly, professional manner. I am a minimalist, and so I much prefer managing my health by means of exercise, nutrition, sleep management, and maintaining emotional stability as opposed to many medications and operations, etc. I especially appreciate her advice about how to deal with kidney function and arthritis. I am maintaining fairly well at this time for a 79 year old widow. A lot of thanks to Rachel. I hope she has a long career with University Hospitals.
