Patient Experience Reviews
I felt very confident that Lindsay Means knew about my condition and treated it correctly. She listened to my concerns and gave me valuable feedback. I appreciated the fact that she gave me eye contact, listened attentively, and did not spend my time on her computer.
This provider helped me make sense of the context of my situation and possible solutions to pursue to alleviate some of its symptoms.
1st appt with Lindsay Means. She was great. Highly revommend.

Extremely pleasant and professional. Excellent bedside manner.

This provider is the best one could wish for.
Lindsey Means is the best provider I've been to in years. She cared about me.
Once again UH found the proper treatment for my diagnosis of Vertigo I could not ask for any better care thank you
Very attentive to my issue.
Excellent care of ear cleaning.
Dr. Means was courteous, professional and listened to my concerns about my hearing loss. She explained the options and what she felt was the best course of action at this time. I would highly recommend Dr. Means to anyone in need of a hearing consultation.
Lindsay is outstanding. ***
Good experience!?
Lindsay is professional, nice and good! Very nice support team too
Lindsey Means is the example of how a care provider should interact with patients. It is impossible to get appointments today but this office must have some capacity. I had to reschedule due to illness and was able to get another appointment within days. I wish all of my caregivers operated like this. The central appointment booking number is a nightmare and most of the schedulers are rude because they have to face angry patients daily who can't wait six months to get an appointment. This was a FANTASTIC experience.
Excellent was courteous and concerned
All service providers (receptionist and technician) excellent, interested, thoughtful and helpful.
Lindsay Means is fabulous: professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable, practical, and friendly.
Very good visit. Problem corrected & instructed to call for visit if it reoccurred. (Blocked ear w/ ear wax. )
I've seen other providers for my vertigo and Lindsey Means was the most thorough
Very good
I have been seeing Lyndsey Means for several years. I am completely satisfied with her care for the cleaning of my ear canals for wax buildup. She is kind, caring and considerate. Her staff is also very approachable and kind. I do not fill this survey out every six weeks that I see her because it is so much repetition. Thank you.
Very kind!
Lindsey was very courteous, professional and overall understanding of my health concerns.
Excellent provider.
Very efficient
Excellent. Just what I needed. Thanks!
Good visit, the doctor was able to identify and rectify the problem. There were some inconsistencies in the after visit summary, but after I contacted the office fire that my chart app they were responded to quickly and corrections were made. I was very satisfied with the visit.
Learned more about my problems and reccomendations

Great provider - great staff!!
Lindsay Means treats a specific condition I experience. It has been my experience that she will make time to see me as soon as she possibly can and she has always been very respectful and courteous. I can probably see anyone to treat this condition, but I prefer Lindsay. She has always been very professional with an excellent bedside manner.
I have utmost confidence in the care provided by Lindsay Means.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities.
