Excellent experience. I would be happy to refer friends or family to this provider.
Lindsey was kind, friendly, professional and explained things well and in layman's terms.
CPN Means is professional, a good listener, caring, and smart regarding her knowledge.
Ms. Means went out of her way several times to help me with my health issues, including checking with doctors who are her co-workers. I greatly appreciate her wonderful care.
Very thorough
So many of these questions quite simply did not apply to this visit. Let me just say, she got me the info I needed to get an MRI so I could continue on the way to getting hearing aids..... It was a quick and pleasant visit!! ***
Friendly, efficient

Excellent provider!
Lindsay Means is always thorough, knowledgeable, informative, & pleasant.
Excellent professional service throughout my visit with the doctor.
Was very happy that she saw me without an appointment. I had a hearing test and the tech asked if she would see me instead of waiting for my appointment in mid March which was the earliest I could get. I really appreciated them fitting me in to be seen.
I have seen Ms Lindsey Means last year ENT provider. She is professional and efficient. She gave me phone # for another provider to check/update hearing aids.
After reading another providers note in the EMR, Lindsey took it upon herself to call me to come in to see her.. I had seen Lindsey years before for the same condition. She did an exam, and then called her physician partner for his opinion. I then had a diagnosis! ***
I was very pleased with seeing this doctor for my first time. She was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. She also listened. Will definitely continue to see her for my future needs.
She was very kind and listened attentively. She made me feel comfortable about the care I was receiving. She explained things multiple times and did not dismiss my feelings. She was a very wonderful provider.
I felt very confident that Lindsay Means knew about my condition and treated it correctly. She listened to my concerns and gave me valuable feedback. I appreciated the fact that she gave me eye contact, listened attentively, and did not spend my time on her computer.
This provider helped me make sense of the context of my situation and possible solutions to pursue to alleviate some of its symptoms.

Very attentive to my issue.
Excellent care of ear cleaning.
Dr. Means was courteous, professional and listened to my concerns about my hearing loss. She explained the options and what she felt was the best course of action at this time. I would highly recommend Dr. Means to anyone in need of a hearing consultation.
Lindsay is outstanding. ***
Good experience!?
Lindsay is professional, nice and good! Very nice support team too
Lindsey Means is the example of how a care provider should interact with patients. It is impossible to get appointments today but this office must have some capacity. I had to reschedule due to illness and was able to get another appointment within days. I wish all of my caregivers operated like this. The central appointment booking number is a nightmare and most of the schedulers are rude because they have to face angry patients daily who can't wait six months to get an appointment. This was a FANTASTIC experience.
Excellent was courteous and concerned
All service providers (receptionist and technician) excellent, interested, thoughtful and helpful.
Lindsay Means is fabulous: professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable, practical, and friendly.
Very good visit. Problem corrected & instructed to call for visit if it reoccurred. (Blocked ear w/ ear wax. )
I've seen other providers for my vertigo and Lindsey Means was the most thorough
Very good
I have been seeing Lyndsey Means for several years. I am completely satisfied with her care for the cleaning of my ear canals for wax buildup. She is kind, caring and considerate. Her staff is also very approachable and kind. I do not fill this survey out every six weeks that I see her because it is so much repetition. Thank you.
Very kind!
Lindsey was very courteous, professional and overall understanding of my health concerns.
Excellent provider.
Very efficient
Excellent. Just what I needed. Thanks!
Good visit, the doctor was able to identify and rectify the problem. There were some inconsistencies in the after visit summary, but after I contacted the office fire that my chart app they were responded to quickly and corrections were made. I was very satisfied with the visit.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
