I have always LOVED Dr. Mark because she looks me in the eye, answers my questions and acts like I am not stupid. It is NEVER combative even when I screw up. She makes me feel like we are a team working together to keep me healthy. This time was no exception. As a matter of fact, our teamwork seems to be getting even better.

Everyone at Sharon Family Physician's during this visit & always has been very professional & empathetic to my health care needs. This appointment was the first time I've seen Dr. Mark. She was AMAZING!!! Explained everything very thoroughly, she brought up possible issues/concerns that I had not thought about, but I appreciated discussing things with her that were possibilities. She also introduced optional plans going forward, and we discussed those. I did not feel rushed in any way, she took sufficient time with me discussing all issues. I could tell she truly cares, looking back in my history, labs, etc. Dr Mark is a true gift to Sharon Family Physicians!!

Dr Mark explained why I was experiencing the pain I've been having. She takes her time and provides additional information and prints the office visit notes which I really appreciate!She's the best.

It was a relatively routine follow up, and she was very thorough with her questions, and prescribed some new medications and tests. Pretty good overall.

I had been to several specialists and we spoke at length about the updates to my health over the past year. Dr Mark printed my orders and instructions and explained them to me. This took some extra time but I was not rushed through it. They called me back the next day for ear cleaning that was mentioned and we all had forgotten. I appreciated that very much. The medical assistant and Dr were friendly and very helpful.
