I felt I had a very positive experience with this health care provider. She seemed to really care about what I'm dealing with.
She never makes you feel rushed
It was a relatively routine follow up, and she was very thorough with her questions, and prescribed some new medications and tests. Pretty good overall.
Good
I had been to several specialists and we spoke at length about the updates to my health over the past year. Dr Mark printed my orders and instructions and explained them to me. This took some extra time but I was not rushed through it. They called me back the next day for ear cleaning that was mentioned and we all had forgotten. I appreciated that very much. The medical assistant and Dr were friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Mark spent a considerable amount of time with me. She explained her treatment plan and listened to all my concerns. She was very kind and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Mark and her nurse assistant, ***, did a great job of taking care of me. This was a first-time meeting and physical with Dr. Mark, as I (& my family) had been patients of *** for 20 years. Dr. Mark was empathetic to this situation, changing doctors, and very thorough in getting to understand my health needs. ***

She's great. I'm new to her as my old primary care physician left the practice but she doing great picking up where he left off. Please get the lab facilities back.

My appointment was made for the same day I called, a Friday. I had a urinary tract infection and needed an antibiotic immediately and before the weekend. They were able to fit me in which I appreciated very much.
