About
Natalie R. Limoges, DO, is a fellowship-trained pediatric neurosurgeon at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s specializing in the comprehensive, family-centered care of children with neurological conditions.
A Utah native, Dr. Limoges earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Oregon. She completed her neurosurgical residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University.
Dr. Limoges has particular clinical expertise in the management of pediatric brain and spinal tumors, congenital neurosurgical conditions, hydrocephalus, craniosynostosis, spinal dysraphism and the care of premature infants. She is trained in fetal myelomeningocele repair and actively participates in research aimed at advancing fetal and neonatal neurosurgical care. Her academic interests also include neurosurgical education and optimizing care pathways for premature infants with hydrocephalus.
