I got steroid injections in both knees. Dr Levin is great! I've had several treatments over several years and the pain was minimal to none, while others I know talk about how horrible the injections are.

He has exceptional listening skills and did not make me feel like the questions I asked weren't necessary. He did not make me feel rushed during my appointment. He was fully present and focused on my care and health care plan moving forward. I would recommend Dr. Levin to anyone especially anyone who suffers from a sports related injury. Dr. Levin cares about getting his patients back to what they love to do even if what you love doing is a hobby. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service he provided me as well as the staff that assists him. Top notch care and would not go anywhere else.

In observing Dr. Levin while he reviewed my chart/medical records I was observing someone who was thoroughly and precisely checking off all of the possible scenarios/reasoning's as well as any interactions from previous health issues, while he was asking questions and explaining the examination of my leg. This type of examination instills confidence in the diagnosis/plan of treatment as well as in the doctor and his concern to correct the issue for the patient with the most direct/best method of treatment.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
