About

Doris M. Leone, MD, is an anesthesiologist and section chief of out of operating room anesthesia at University Hospitals. She is also an assistant professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She is board certified in anesthesiology.

Dr. Leone is a native of Lorain, Ohio. She earned her undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University and her medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio. She completed a residency in anesthesiology at the Medical College of Ohio.

Dr. Leone’s career and teaching interests include general anesthesia, out of operating room anesthesia, and minority mentoring.

At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized.
