Patient Experience Reviews
Excellent
I really like the doctor but the follow up was terrible. I needed answers about medication and it took 10 days to hear back
It was good ***
*** She and the staff are all FANTASTIC
Dr. Lancaster is very good and the people who I have referred to her are also very pleased with her and her staff and the care they give them.
Dr. Lancaster has been my doctor for many years. She is a very caring doctor with an obvious concern for her patients.
She really wants to get my problem resolved
I like the doctor but the office never calls back with the results
Doctor Pam and her team are great. Very very wonderful
Good experience
I am very happy with my doctor and nurses
Efficient assessment, and following requested paperwork quickly provided and forwarded.
I saw the results of my blood test on MyChart and my T4 was high. But I have not heard from my Dr.s office
Dr.Lancaster us by far 1 of the most caring/concerned Dr's I have ever encountered. I have been a patient of hers for over 20 yrs and will continue w her.
Dr. Lancaster treats me wonderfully. End of story.
I would and have recommended this Dr. To several friends and family
Very busy work day for this office
Very good
I have utmost confidence in Dr. Lancaster and her staff.
I'm. Very satisfied and assured
Dr. Lancaster always listens to my concerns. We discuss things and she is always empathetic. She goes over tests, makes suggestions and involves me in my care.
I truly appreciate my provider. When I met her for the first time, I thanked her to accepting me as a patient and she said that I was not just a patient, I was family, She is an exceptional doctor.
Excellent provider. Listened to me and we developed a plan. She does not try to fix issues with a pill.
Always have considered her a friend
Dr.Lancaster is a very caring person and she is an old school Dr. Wish we had more like her.
*** The office staff was nice, and informative. The Doctor was pleasant although she did not listen to my heart and lungs like is usually done.
Good experience. No problem.
Dr. Lancaster is a very caring doctor.
Excelent care
She a great and caring DR.
Always been positive experience @ this doctors, office.
CNP 1st visit excellent. Very polite and friendly! Listened to my concerns and my wishes but also did her job which to me was to give me the results of tests, evaluate any problems, advise me of my needs or options and then listen to my decision. She did exactly all of those things. One of the best visits I've ever had with a specialist! Need more Dr's and medical personnel out there like her. Spent the amount of time I needed with her too to get questions answered and decisions made. Thank you!
I TRULY LOVE DR. PAMELA LASCASTER. SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT ME AND MY HEALTH.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
