Jennifer Ladner, MD, FACC, is a noninvasive cardiologist at University Hospitals Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute. She specializes in the diagnosis and medical treatment of common and complex heart conditions including chronic hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart rhythm disorders, heart valve disease and heart failure.
Dr. Ladner earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas, during active service in the United States Army. Promoted to Captain in the U.S. Army, she completed an internship and residency in internal medicine, followed by a fellowship in cardiology at the Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Earning another promotion to Major, Dr. Ladner completed a second cardiology fellowship at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado, before practicing as a staff cardiologist at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.
After her military service, Dr. Ladner maintained a robust patient practice in Texas before moving to Massachusetts. Prior to joining UH Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute, Dr. Ladner was Medical Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Falmouth Hospital and a staff cardiologist at Cape Cod Hospital in Massachusetts.
Dr. Ladner is recognized as a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) for her clinical excellence and ongoing dedication to the field of cardiovascular medicine.
