They are very professional and the doctor spends a good amount of time with you, she will answer any question that you have and you can tell she is very interested in your well-being. Being in my mid-70s, I've had many different GP's. I would describe almost all of them as being very good or excellent, but none has spent more time with me than Dr. Samantha Keifer. She is truly a blessing to the community.

Dr. Kiefer always goes above and beyond, especially in a modern-day health care system that expects patients to be treated in 15-minute blocks of time. Unfortunately, my situation is complex, but Dr. Kiefer never dismisses or rushes our time together; she listens, she helps, and she does it with empathy. She's an exceptional doctor.

I've just had surgery and Dr Keifer wanted to see me on a number of issues. I was in the ER the day before and she all about and also scheduled additional tests that turned out to my problem and adjusted my meds which also helped me. Every time I talk to her, I feel better. So yes I have to give her all excellent rating!

Dr Kiefer and her team are very busy. But I have searched for years to find someone as caring as she has been. She is compassionate and handled my tears and concerns with grace and dignity. For the area she is rare. I drive 45 minutes to see her and will continue as much as necessary.

Dr. Kiefer listened, understood my issues and we discussed several options for treatment. She ordered tests to rule out or verify the severity and causes of my issue. Her nurse followed up with an explanation of the test results. Medicine was prescribed and is effectively dealing with my issue.

We tried to coordinate my other doctors with Dr Kiefer! We also reviewed medication's as I have some issues with side effects and we're trying to rearrange the taking of meds. She's been very helpful ever since she started being my doctor and this was a very good check up.
