*** and Patti are amazing and truly understand patient care. They are a breath of fresh air with amazing bed side manner and the willingness to truly listen without judgement. The phlebotomist who's name I can't remember is also amazing. I usually hate giving blood but she gets on the first try every time. I also love that it's done right in the room and there's no additional trips to the lab.
