The doctor is so likable, caring, kind... She is exactly where she should be. My son loves her too. I'm very happy we chose her to take care of our biggest blessing.

Dr Jacono has always been an excellent physician for my children. She has a great bed side manner. She's kind, thoughtful, listens intently, and provides care that she would want for her own children. The staff is always kind & courteous. They're also patient and do they're best to help in any way they can.

Dr. Jacono is very calm in nature. She has a nurturing demeanor about her, that also plays into her amazing bedside manners with my baby and myself! She has always been willing to over explain things for me, she does not make me feel less if I don't know something, she is willing to help in any way she can, she does a phenomenal job caring for my son. She is so gentle when examining my baby, which is so reassuring as a first time mom. What a blessing to have her for my baby's pediatrician. I couldn't be more happy having found her to care for my baby.

Dr. Jacono is the best doctor for my daughter and son. I wish she saw adults because she would be my doctor without question. I have never had any doctor call me on their day off to discuss health questions, except for her. Give this woman a raise. She goes above and beyond. UH is very lucky to have her as a pediatric doctor. Her staff in the office are great!

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
