Patient Experience Reviews
Amanda Iliano is very professional, but also shows that she cares about her patients. The one thing that I would say is that you have to be ready with your questions and concerns when she arrives, because she does use her time wisely and doesn't really wait around for you to come up with things to talk about. This works really well for me personally, I have recommended her to other people looking for a PCP.
Very professional
I truly enjoy my doctors vists
Mandy is very thorough and right to the point. She listens and helps to find solutions to my medical concerns and issues

She was a good dr. To see being she wasn't my regular. She was very kind, took time needed, very attentive to my needs. She explained everything that needed as to my medication she was giving me as well. I would see her again as well. All the girls in office are very nice, attentive to you.
I recently switched to Amanda as my primary care provider. I couldn't be happier with the switch. She comments effectively and really listens when I ask questions. She has a way of delivering information directly but very respectfully. I got very lucky finding her and appreciate everything has done for me so far.

Amanda Illiano has alway been a great PA when I've been in to see her. She is very knowledgeable, helpful with making great suggestions for my health and well being along with taking a personal interest in me as a patient. I've always left the exam room with questions answered and I have never felt rushed. *** I appreciate all she has done.
Amazing provider, she is always on time and doesn't feel rushed out of the room, really takes her time to talk and understand what's going on while explaining so you understand. She is very kind, and compassionate about her patients.
Concierge was not in her office to make appointment.
I am so glad I have her
She got my results from a hospital out of network and checked with a specialist about a question and reported back to me.
We just love this office and the provider she is awesome. The whole team works together as one, and you can feel the peace in this office. Thank you for caring for us in our senior years and being concerned for us. Again, you have a great team here.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
