I sent Jennifer a My Chart message Thanking her for such a great visit. I haven't seen or had that kind of care in a long time. She went through my history with me, listened, and explained throughly in a way I understood. My visit lasted about a hour and it meant everything. It was a rough month medically and mentally for me, and she showed me so much empathy. As an employee for 24 yrs with UH, this spoke volumes. When I and I'm sure many others was losing hope with the healthcare systems. Jennifer restored my faith that there are providers that will take the time to listen and care.
