Good experience. All of the staff I came in contact with were kind and helpful
My whole experience was great. I really liked everyone I interacted with in the office.
Receptionist was very kind and courteous. I was kept up to date when provider and staff were running late due to traveling from another office. She does a wonderful job! Provider listened to me regarding an additional concern I was experiencing and treated my issue. I immediately felt better. Thank you!!!

I have always received very good care from all my doctors at UH . I have an excellent team that work together to insure I have all my health concerns addressed.
This was a very informative and comprehensive appointment.
I had to wait a number of days to speak with the person responsible for ordering contact lenses. She appears to be very capable but is simply too busy to get to everyone. It was frustrating to have to wait and then I missed call back and had to start all over again.
Total excellent experience.
Very good medical care
I always have a fabulous hospital visit
Dr hitchman is wonderful. She puts you at ease and listens to you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful eye doctor.
Dr. Hitchman was a superb listener and understood my desired outcomes for my eye appointment. She performed a thorough eye exam, which resulted in a recommendation to use eye drops. She further provided more information about eye drops, as well as a couple of samples. She provided me with two prescriptions upon my request: (1) Computer glasses/single lens (2) Bifocal
She's very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Her assistant is wonderful! Everyone at this office is friendly and professional.
Dr. Hitchman was wonderful! Very comforting and reassuring. The receptionist seemed to be having a bad day.

At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
