I have been going to Dr. Heng for *** years. Never have a problem.
My recent visit with Dr. J. Heng was and always is AMAZING. At one of my visits earlier this year, I was in there for a ***. I had a thorough exam for this and medication that worked quickly. While I was in the office for just a ***, she noticed my blood pressure was too high, and a fast heart rate. She sat there and calmly talked to me until I finally felt comfortable enough to explain to her that I have ***. I never told anybody this. *** She calmly talked to me until I broke down and cried, then I explained to her how this disability was affecting my life. *** While I was crying she gave me a hug. Yep, I needed that!!! On my way home, it occurred to me that.... She took her time with me and got a to the root cause of my blood pressure problem. Any other doctor may have just adjusted my meds to accommodate my elevated pressure because of the recent level. Dr. Heng however took the time, talked to me, gave me a hug, and then asked me. (Not tell me) Asked me if I wanted to try a very low dose of something that may help with this situation. She let ME make the decision. I said yes. *** She took the time to care. I would have never admitted this disability to anyone. The time she took with me and her calming nature was the key to elimination this horrific effect It was having on my day to day life. In conclusion.... I was in there for a *** lol.... And life is so much better!!!

Dr Heng is great. My only issue is that she said her office will not call me with test results, etc because I have MyChart. I like MyChart, but would feel more comfortable to have the doctor's opinion or recommendations after viewing test results.

We discussed my chart, prescriptions, health history, and any concerns I had. She ordered blood work and I got it done that day in less than 5 minutes. But I never felt rushed or like I wasn't being heard. Dr. Heng was awesome, and I am so glad I found her! Good doctors are hard to come by!
