Patient Experience Reviews
Dr.Henderson knew exactly what had transpired medically with me while he was on sabbatical. I was impressed by that. He also always listens so carefully to my concerns and answers them clearly. He is truly an excellent physician with a wonderful bedside manner and so knowledgeable. Going through menopause and being a breast cancer survivor is challenging at times from a vaginal health standpoint and Dr. Henderson has been wonderful.
Everything was on point and professional, nurse too.

Dr henderson is the best
Dr. Henderson is the BEST. He takes excellent care of me and my condition. I went three years undiagnosed by other doctors in the UH system. Dr. Henderson diagnosed my condition right away and has treated myself and my condition excellently. During his year sabbatical, I saw another doctor for the same condition/procedure. I could not wait for Dr. Henderson to return back to his practice. I am so ***grateful to have him as my physician. I am relieved and thrilled that I am back in his excellent care. I wish Dr. Henderson was at a location closer to the Beachwood area. I think Dr. Henderson is the best urologist UH has to offer. And I've seen many of them. If Dr. Henderson ever left the UH system, I would be terribly disappointed. Not only does he provide the best medical care, he has one of the best bedside manners I have ever encountered in a physician. I have recommended Dr. Henderson to several of my female friends & family members.
IM SO GLAD I FOUND HIM HE IS A TERRIFIC DR WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE

Dr. Henderson was fine. And his nurses were fine***
Excellent explanation of every question I had
I was very impressed with Dr. Joseph W. Henderson who I saw at the UH Chardon office. This was my first appointment with a urologist for recurrent UTIs and Dr. Henderson was very easy to talk to and explained in detail every step of the procedures he did. He also explained some of the possible reasons for what was happening to me and the steps forward to try to alleviate this condition. Dr. Henderson left a very positive impression on me with his professionalism and I would definitely recommend him to others.
Very caring Doctor
