About
Robert Harasty, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedic surgery. Robert works closely with orthopedic sports medicine specialist Dr. Robert Zanotti at the Center for Orthopedics / University Hospitals Sheffield Health Center (Sheffield Village, Ohio), caring for patients with a multitude of orthopedic issues and injuries.
Robert served in the U.S. Navy from 1993 to 2003. He received training as a hospital corpsman, surgical technologist and field medical service technician. Robert spent six years as a medic with the U.S. Marines at Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton (California) and Marine Corp Base Quantico (Virginia) and was deployed to Qatar during operation Native Fury 1997. After being honorably discharged in 2003, he attended Cuyahoga Community College’s surgical physician assistant program, graduating with honors in 2005. Robert worked in general and cardiothoracic surgery prior to joining the Center for Orthopedics in 2008.
