This doctor is my Endocrinologist. Her assistant is always helpful when I call the office. I only see this doctor once a year, but she Is always up to date with any tests ordered by my primary care doctor.
My husband and I have always seen Dr. Haddam together. We're getting older and it helps to have a second set of ears. We were not allowed to do that during this visit. My husband was very upset about it and may not go back.

I thought the face to face telephone meeting went very well. My provider, Dr. Hadam, was well prepared to discuss my recent procedure and provide pertinent information on medications I am taking (and changes to medications) in a clear manner that I understood. Dr. Hadam is caring & knowledgeable. When making recommendations in the treatment of my type2 diabetes, she understands I have concerns with taking a lot of meds & she has always explained the benefits & possible side effects along with her professional opinion how it will effect myself so I am comfortable with trying a new med. She's always contacts me herself through My Chart to check on me when we start or adjust a med & to provide test results. She acknowledges positively my progress in obtaining my A1C & glucose numbers, as they were extremely high when I was diagnosed & I struggled with lowering them. I realize this survey comment is lengthy but these are all facts that make Dr. Hadam such a wonderful medical provider.

Dr. Hadam is very caring and professional. She always goes over my health and related data with me, and answers any/all questions I have.
The provider answered virtually all my questions to my satisfaction and made sure to order routine tests for me right on schedule. Additionally, the nurse ensured I had all my prescriptions ready to be filled and that my next appointment was scheduled and answered any additional questions I had adequately. Additional follow-up, however, may be needed since it was not immediately apparent how prescription adjustments would affect my health outcomes.

Great provider, great office staff
I am happy with the care received from Dr. Hadam and her office. I believe doctors are given to many patients in one day and therefore may not always be able to give someone that extra 5 minutes, although that has not been my experience with her.
I see Dr. Hadam annually for follow-up of an endocrine problem. She is an excellent physician, friendly, and personable. I enjoy my interactions with her. She also got back to me quickly about my lab results.

This provider was outstanding. She paid more attention to my health then my PCP ***, and found a nodule on my thyroid which is large and my PCP should have found. She also addressed questions that I asked my PCP and he just brushed off my questions and never answered my questions. I am so thankful for Dr Hadam bc she found the nodule, had it tested, had more bloodwork that I needed
