Patient Experience Reviews
Great experience
Excellent care from a kind and professional provider
This was my first appt with that office. And I will continue to be with Dankia as my PCP, as I am completely satisfied with my care at UH and slowly establishing all my care under UH.
Excellent care and service were provided during the entire visit.
Care provider was fine, nurse was the problem
Excellent care from this Nurse Practitioner. I was pleased I could get in the same day, especially with the holidays coming up.
Overall, it was very positive, except for the Radiology representative. We had an hour wait for my xrays as that person said she called me but there are two rooms. If she did call, it was only to the room in front of her. She said that because I am hard of hearing I just missed her call. My wife was with me and she did not hear her call either. Her effort to communicate with us was careless. Plus, her willingness to put the blame on me was unacceptable..
Good
I was treated with respect by both nurse and provider.
Love the office - they do a great job! They ae efficient helpful and courteous all the time.
Everything was good
Overall my visit was a positive one
This is a very caring and efficient doctor's office.
This is the first time o met with this Nurse Practitioner. She was very nice and attentive.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Darinka Guenther did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
