I am new to Dr Gruenzel's care and I really appreciate how he listens and cares about what I have to say. He genuinely tries to help me to better function with my pain and I am very happy to have been referred to him after my pain management Dr of over 10 years retired.
I'm very happy with the care I receive from this doctor. He addresses all my concerns and is courteous and patient with me. I appreciate that he is working with me to resolve my medical issues , ordering tests and therapy instead of immediately suggesting surgery . I feel confident under his care .

The doctor's office was running considerably late and I waited almost 45 minutes to see the doctor, between waiting in the waiting room and then in the examination room. Once the doctor came in though, he apologized for the long wait and spent as much time with me as I wanted. I did not feel rushed. I would rather wait for a doctor who'll spend time with me than with one who runs on time at the expense of pushing me out the door.
