Kristen is great to deal with. She always makes me feel comfortable and puts me at ease. I can ask and discuss with her anything about my health issues.

They are all very nice and personable and I feel well taken care of, I haven't called in the last 3 months, but we have messaged on mychart, and either the nurse or doctor respond quickly and with the answer to any questions I have.
It's always a pleasure going into the office from the front office to the nurses and doctors . I always feel safe, heard and seen when I discuss anything with anyone in the doctors office
Upon entering the office, ***greets you warmly, she's awesome! Nurse *** gets everything done with efficiency and kindness before seeing Kristen. Kristen is amazing. She's kind, listens, is knowledgeable and genuine. My husband and I both see her and she's been a blessing in our health care.

I have been with West family practice since I moved to ***. I have never had any problems what so ever with Kristen Grant nor her Assistant ***. Always informative knowledgeable and respectful towards my health needs.
