Patient Experience Reviews
Irene was wonderful....very thorough and very easy to understand. I applaud her for everything she did for me 100%
Excellent
Nurse Practitioner Irene was knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She consulted with my PCP before prescribing an antibiotic (recently approved by an allergist). I was both satisfied and impressed with her level of care
Irene was excellent, I was very comfortable w her and able to talk to her and she explained about UTI's and helped find a urologist to see and called me the next day to see how I was doing. She told me I was on the right med and to finish all of it. I was very pleased w my experience.
Nurse practitioner was very thorough. Notes uploaded to My Chart. Called back to confirm antibiotics that were prescribed ( heavy duty). Went the extra mile. Made the wound clinic appointment.
Very attentive. Called several times with test results and prescriptions and then to check how I was doing.
Irene was wonderful
She told me she would call me the next morning and did. She scheduled an appointment with a specialist for me as well.
I feel that I received excellent care and am grateful
Irene was amazing! She stated her concerns and checked in several times over the weekend to make sure I was improving. Above and beyond!
She was amazing. ***
This was the first person I have seen that I felt like I might actually get some answers to my medical issues. My other doctors are very good at ordering tests, but when they come back within normal limits they don't want to continue trying to figure out why I am still feeling ill.
Irene is an amazing care giver! Always giving you her full attention, and works very hard to find out what my health issues is! She is amazing!
Great visit and I felt heard and appreciated the time. Thank you.

Good experience
This was an urgent care facility, Westshore Primary. My whole experience was excellent. Irene Grabovac was very caring, a good communicator, and got the needed tests and medication ordered for me.
Dr Irene is awesome. She took time to listen and care for me. She called me on the phone to follow up.
I was so impressed w Dr. Grabovac. I saw her in the *** because my primary's schedule was already full for the day and the convenient care was next door. She was amazing. I haven't been with a dr that showed my so much empathy and respect in a very long while. I was quite sick when I was there (suffer from ***) - I had went to see Dr. Grabovac for a possible ear infection. I did not have an ear infection, but I was seriously not doing well due to my condition. She talked w me and truly I felt better emotionally when I left. I was very lucky to have had her as my physician that day. In addition, she ordered a chest xray for me and personally, called me back that night to tell me my xray was clear. Rarely do you see this kind of service & care anymore.
