Thank you for the good care and keep up the good work.
Very satisfied with first appointment here
Very professional care. I knew I was in good hands ;-)
All services were very good.
Great place!
Good
Excellent clinician
I appreciated this Dr. And am looking forward to getting better with his care.
As as been the case with each visit to Dr. Gerka-Stuyt he was efficient, effective, friendly, engaged, and pleasantly professional. He helped me with an immediate issue, and provided clear and valuable medical advice.
I love the staff employed at this facility very caring, outgoing, and always a pleasant "hello"
It was ok
This was a follow up appointment after surgery In January of 2024. Further investigation into allergies were explained and appointment was made while still at the office. Doctor Gerka always answers my questions pertaining to my healing from surgeryallergies medications to use for my health issues. I feel comfortable calling into the office if I have a question or to call in a prescription. I am looking forward to finding the cause/ solution to my allergies.
Easy to talk to.
Dr.Gerka, is great
Dr. Stuyt has now been my routine otolaryngologist for three years. We are monitoring my tinnitus and hearing loss, which has remained stable now for over a year. As a healthcare provider, I feel he is top tier, and I actually cannot imagine changing providers for this specialty. Because I have few medical problems, I feel this is a regular appointment that has a positive effect for my overall well-being.
I wish I could go to Dr. Gerka for all my medical needs. He is very thorough and caring! If he doesn't have the answer, he keeps working until he does.
Whole experience was professional.
Only issue was very long wait in exam room for doctor. Assume due to giving time to others so ok but also think to too tight scheduling which is not okay
*** Doctor was very good.
The experience was helpful.
I was completely satisfied with my visit to the doctor. Everyone was pleasant and Professional.
The MA *** went out of her way to put me at ease. She was amazing! Dr Gerka was kind and very caring.
I feel I had a good experience with my provider. We established what would come next with my particular health issue and we're in agreement. Provider has a calm demeanor and encouraged me to have questions which I had written down. On my 3rd visit I felt a bit calmer on the surgery to come.
Overall, I had a good appointment. The provider did everything in his power to try to help me with my problem. ***
Everything went well. First time with UH and will not hesitate to return.
*** This doctor was the first in a long time who really listened to me and made me feel like he wants to help with my issues. Two thumbs up. I will return to this office ***
All good like these folks
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
