Michael D. Gaugler, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist. After graduating from John Carroll University (University Heights, Ohio) in 1992, Dr. Gaugler attended the University of the Cincinnati College of Medicine (Cincinnati, Ohio), where he obtained his MD in 1996. Dr. Gaugler completed his residency in otolaryngology at the University of Louisville Hospital (Louisville, Kentucky) in 2002. During his time as a resident at University of Louisville Hospital, he completed an Internship in General Surgery and a Research Fellowship in Medical Oncology.
Dr. Gaugler specializes in medical and surgical treatments for adult and pediatric ENT patients. His medical interests include allergy testing and treatment, sinus problems, ear hearing and balance disorders, and head and neck cancer. In his free time, Dr. Gaugler enjoys spending time with his family, reading and running. Dr. Gaugler’s primary location is the main Eastside ENT Specialists office in Concord, but he also sees patients at offices in Willoughby, Mentor and Madison.

Appointments were 3 months out but because of the situation the doctor squeezed me into the schedule within 4 days. Great personality. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He and his nurse were both professional, curious and kind. I'd recommend him to anyone
It took over a month for me to get appointment I feel like they want u to go to tripoint because they push you to that location, by the time I had this appointmment, problem was gone
Nice doctor and staff
The provider was a specialist that could answer several questions I had - and which I appreciated very much. The receptionist also answered questions about the staff in this office, and also scheduled an appointment for my spouse.

This provider found an issue with my right ear and informed me about the need for a biopsy. He gave me the choice of coming back or doing right now which I agreed to have him do it now. This the second time I've seen an ENT in last year. Dr Gaugler and the audiologist were both much more thorough with my exam and with questions. He followed up with an MRI of my head and PT for the vertigo and the tinnitus which the ENT in California never even suggested. I was very impressed with the care I received from Dr Gaugler and his staff. I wish I had been able to get in sooner, but he was definitely worth the wait.
