Dr. Molly Freidman did not call in a prescription that she recommended me to take in to the pharmacy of my choice. She forgot to call in a prescription to Walgreens in Twinsburg for Montelukist-full. And did not wright it clearly for me to be able to read it.

I have been Dr. Friedman's patient for *** years.I would never want to be cared for by any other physician. Dr. Molly is kind, knowledgable and always has time for all questions and concerns. She has a gentleness that is quite difficult to find in many health professionals today. I have recommended Dr. Friedman and this particular UH Family Practise to my close friends as well as other individuals looking for a physician for themselves or their families. As a retired RN, I truly appreciate the quality of care I receive from Dr. Molly Friedman.

Dr. Friedman saw me right away although I wasn't her patient and she didn't have room in her schedule. She took my symptoms very seriously, referred me to my breast surgeon, called.my surgeon and made sure I had an appointment immediately and told me what should happen next and to call her back if it did not happen. She was, caring and efficient and extremely helpful
