Never had a problem with Dr. Fleksher or his team. He is very patient and makes sure medical instructions are understood, and is very prompt with his responses on My Chart. Additionally, results of testing, from ALL providers, are very quick to be placed into My Chart, and with both text and email notifications are available for quick review! My Chart seems to be getting better and user friendly as time goes on.
