About
Joseph Findley, MD, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) physician at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and an Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Findley specializes in reproductive surgery, fertility preservation, infertility, and assisted reproductive technologies. His reproductive surgery focus is on the management of endometriosis, uterine fibroids and tubal surgery.
Dr. Findley earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and he completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Charleston Area Medical Center/West Virginia University. Dr. Findley later completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Vermont Medical Center (UVMMC) and Dartmouth – Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). He subsequently practiced as an REI physician at UVMMC and DHMC before joining UH in August 2020.
Dr. Findley has a passion for medical education and serves both as the site director for the Society of Reproductive Surgeons (SRS) “Surgical Scholars Track” at UH and on the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Education Committee. He also serves on the Board of the SRS and is on the Electronic Communications Committee for the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART). Dr. Findley has ongoing research studies focused on endometriosis management, management of intrauterine adhesions, postoperative pain management, and optimal management of early pregnancy loss.
