Instead of phone calls to Dr. Feighan's office I used MyChart to communicate. My questions were answered promptly and test results were entered quickly. No one called to go over the X-rays but if I had questions about them I would have sent a message via MyChart. Dr Feighan did say not much had changed since my last X-ray.
