Patient Experience Reviews
Very good understanding staff
I have no complaints!
Was very pleased with my first appointment with my new doctor!
It was a good experience, Dr Faizi was attentive and helpful and explained things in a way that I was able to understand. She was professional and caring.
I have been Dr. Faizi patient since ***. Her professionalism as well as the staff is top notch and very thorough.
Great
My appointment was a meet and greet since my previous Physician left the practice. I was very pleased that I was able to choose Dr. Faizi to be my Family Care doctor.
My first visit with the doctor was great
I have only seen the provider twice and both times she was very attentive
Good experience
This was my first primary-care appointment since moving to Ohio from out of state. I really like Dr. Faizi as a person and a doctor. I found her care to be professional and thorough, and no part of the appointment felt rushed. In fact, I feel that Dr. Faizi spent an above-average amount of time evaluating my current medical condition, and medical history (in comparison to past experiences with medical professionals). I'm fortunate to be under her care.
Excellent, prompt care
I love seeing Dr Faizi because she listens to you, reviews your previous medical history and the meds that you are taking. She also responds in a very timely manner with test results, RX refills and all messages I send through MY CHART. So far, she is one of the most caring and thorough PCP I have had at UH.
Yes she did a excellent job on tending to my concerns
This was an excellent experience. I felt my concerns were addressed and I was treated with respect and patience.
This was my first visit with this doctor. I was glad to find her. She was recommended by my previous primary. I'm glad She Is my new primary.
This was 1st appointment with Dr. Faizi. She made me feel very comfortable. She gave me the impression that she read my medical record and asked me about my current medical conditions. She listened to my questions and concerns and I did not feel rushed. Great appointment with a great doctor

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
