Dr. Factor is such an amazing doctor and I love her, the office staff and manager are the rudest, unfriendly, poor professionalism people I have ever seen and experienced at UH. Every time I come In there all the staff is different. I wish I could have my doctor's office where the staff were more personable and compassionate. It is really unfortunate to have such amazing providers at this location but the staff/manager make me want to leave this practice.

When she is in the room with you, you know you have her undivided attention and support. The fact that she cares that way, and is also knowledgeable is what makes her an exceptional doctor. There are other doctors who are knowledgeable and will order the right treatment, but very few actually show that they care like Dr. Factor. ***
