Great office staff and Provider
Dr Ertel and staff are amazing. I took my own children there for care and now I take my grandchild there for care since birth as I am his primary caregiver. She is wonderful. I am always thankful for such outstanding care!!
Everything was perfect
When we visit the office for an appointment, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ertel answers all our questions and gets us in and out on time. She speaks directly to our children and interacts well with them. I love that she keeps them engaged and happy to see her even when they aren't feeling the greatest.
I would just like to add that Dr. Ertel's nurse (or medical assistant, I'm not sure her exact title) is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, calm, she explains things and talks to the children with a sense of calmness and thoroughness. She explains things to the parents. Her and Dr. Ertel seem to make a wonderful team. I'm very thankful for them both.
I have been going to Dr. Ertel for almost 13 years and she is truly incredible! Always sees my boys when they get sick and is very kind. She is the best.
