Dr. Donca listened well and gave a reasonable explanation for the symptoms I presented and advice for how to respond to the medical issue. She definitely helped clarify a couple actionable steps to take based on how the illness might progress. I thought it was a good medical interaction with my primary care provider In light of the challenging set of symptoms given in my short history of the problem.

It has been very difficult to reach and communicate with the staff during the work day. I usually use the Healow app and the staff is slow to respond, it seems like sometimes they don't actually read full what I requested on the Healow app. Dr. Donca herself has been awesome and the staff while at the office treated me very well.

Dr Donca was up to date about all the routine test I need. This is only the second appointment I had with her and she knew all the test that had to be scheduled. She also ordered a new CPap machine for me . I didn't realize the machine should be replaced every 5 years. I am really impressed with Dr Donca! I feel that if a problem should come up w my health I am in good hands.

The doctor is great. Dr. Donca Is very thorough. The cleanliness of the building definitely needs improvement. The patient room floors need cleaned, for example. The elevator floor alone ---just replace that carpet because I think it is beyond cleaning.

I had a great appointment with Dr Donca. Her explanations of how to prevent my back pain from reacquiring were easy to understand & I will utilize this info for the future. I use the "Ask Your Physician" in my Patient Portal for communicating with Dr Donca & her office.
