My Doctor Donca is very pro active and I love her!! She's on top of my health needs. She listened when I did complain about the inability to get a call back or getting someone to answer the phone - many times the gal who (used to) work there would even disconnect me after holding a long time - extremely frustrating. I'm happy Dr. Donca took it seriously & knew all about it when I mentioned it; so happened that it was in the process of being resolved!! Good ppl are hard to find these days. The new nurse is great !
This was my first visit to this office. I am a new patient. I was very impressed with the level of care I received. It was one of the most thorough exams I have ever had. I have had a problem with wax build up in my right ear, and have been to see an ENT from another network. In this exam the provider took out more wax than in all the times with my other network provider. Her office staff is very professional, helpful, and kind. I had a very positive experience for my initial visit with her.

Dr Donka is wonderful and so is her medical assistant. The staff not very kind. You call and they don't get back to you It's an easy job I worked in the medical field doing exactly what the receptionist does. Your patients come first. Not your girlfriends in the office or your cell phone. I have recommended dr donka to several friends and relatives
Dr. Donca is by far the most compassionate, thorough physician that I have encountered. She asks questions and listens to your answers. You are not pushed through the office. Her intuitive capabilities are exceptional. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. It is a shame that UH took her new office at Perrico and moved her into this antiquated building. She and her patients deserve better. I would recommend a new facility for her to work. Her client retention would improve. Increasing her revenue and that of UH. Just a thought.

I had lower back pain. Went to *** emergency room and waited for hours with no results other than to see my primary doctor. Doctor M. Donca diagnosed the problem and told me what to do for it and ordered medication for it also. I feel much better now!

I have been seeing Dr Donca foe 20 plus years. She is someone that I can always count on for an honest answer. As long as I can, she is the only Dr. I would want to see. She is also my friend. I have never had a bad experience with her or her office help.

Dr. Donca listened well and gave a reasonable explanation for the symptoms I presented and advice for how to respond to the medical issue. She definitely helped clarify a couple actionable steps to take based on how the illness might progress. I thought it was a good medical interaction with my primary care provider In light of the challenging set of symptoms given in my short history of the problem.
Dr Donca has an accent that makes her a bit hard for me to understand at times. Not a big problem.

It has been very difficult to reach and communicate with the staff during the work day. I usually use the Healow app and the staff is slow to respond, it seems like sometimes they don't actually read full what I requested on the Healow app. Dr. Donca herself has been awesome and the staff while at the office treated me very well.
