I hate going to the doctors or dentist to begin with. Especially if I'm made to feel like they were working at a restaurant and wanted to hurry and flip tables. Definitely did not feel like that once since I've started going there. From the receptionist, assistants, nurse, and Dr himself, didn't feel judged by any of them definitely made me feel welcomed and not just brushed off. If any of the ones I've personally dealt with wants to change jobs, if I were you, I'd pay them whatever they wanted because all of them were great by me.
