Good experience. They used my preferred name on file without my prompting. They also informed me of options that I had during the appointment that I never knew existed in my entire 2 decades of seeing an ob-gyn.

This was my first with Dr Crockett. She was kind, professional, courteous, and put me at ease. As I am transitioning to new doctors I was very pleased with the attention to detail and care that she provided and will continue to see her for Female Health needs.

Dr. Crockett is an absolute rock star. She is the first provider to actually listen to me about my concerns and what I want to do. She made sure to exhaust all options for care before recommending a surgical procedure. I appreciate the amount of time she takes to discuss all my options and makes me feel understood. After years of fighting for and advocating on my own behalf, she is the first provider to do that for me.

Dr. Crockett is an amazing doctor with a wealth of knowledge. I am 38. I have been trying to get answers to a problem since I was 25. She has been the only doctor to actually listen and try. She is amazing.

She was super nice! I felt like she really listened to what I had to say about my body and it seemed like she actually cared instead of just trying to rush to another patient.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
