Patient Experience Reviews
I really appreciate the care and dedication Dr. Crockett exhibits during my appointments. She is very thorough and explains everything in detail.
Everybody was nice and professional answered any questions that I had and explain them to me
Very kind. I felt at ease.
Care provider was very good ***
I've very happy with this care provider. I'm so happy I found her to handle what I needed. She listens to what I have to say and tells me what she thinks...always very positive. Always makes me feel comfortable and as if I'm her only patient.
Good experience. They used my preferred name on file without my prompting. They also informed me of options that I had during the appointment that I never knew existed in my entire 2 decades of seeing an ob-gyn.
This was my first with Dr Crockett. She was kind, professional, courteous, and put me at ease. As I am transitioning to new doctors I was very pleased with the attention to detail and care that she provided and will continue to see her for Female Health needs.
She is one of the best providers I have ever had!
I love Dr. Crockett... She's so good, kind, & patient.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Rebecca Crockett did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
