This is a very well run office with people who care about me and my health. I have never enjoyed my medical visits before I started coming to this office and now I am relaxed and comfortable here because it is obvious they care about me. I have found my PCP for the rest of my life.

Dr. Carlson and her nurse were very professional and kind. After listening to my concerns and examination, I was ordered medication that relieved my symptoms.

Every experience I have with the Dr and all her staff, and office staff, is always superb and enjoyable. Most of the reason I like coming to the Dr is because of the staff and the personal touch I receive from them. Some say they are the best, possibly the best ever and they all make me being sick enjoyable.

I always receive excellent care from all staff members. They listen and note any worries I have so Dr. Carlson can address my concerns.
Dr. Carlson is always very attentive and listens closely. She asks good questions and provides good explanations of medications, procedures, etc. I love that I can get in to see her rather quickly. Since finding her as my PCP a few years ago, I have never been happier with my doctor. This was the first time I had to wait longer than 15 minutes for my appointment, but it was only about 25 minutes wait time.

She was wonderful, everybody, every visit has been outstanding unlike the other hospital where you are just a number and you can wait for hours. My sister who worked for the other hospital for 30+ yrs was amazed with the efficiency and quality of care at UH
