Dr Carlson has been my PCP for years. She has always given me EXCEPTIONAL care and has ordered the appropriate tests to diagnose my illness. That comes by shared decision making because she respects my values and preferences. Dr Carlson understands my risk factors to any medication due to my life long struggle with allergies. Above all this she's compassionate. She's what separates the average from exceptional doctors.
Dr Carlson is always professional and attentive. When I have concerns she makes sure these are addressed and checked into further if necessary.
I appreciate being able to make an appointment through Geauga Family Physicians Office. They gave me an appointment same day for bronchitis. Earliest appointment through mychart was five weeks away.
