I have always had wonderful care during my visits with the doctor. I'm not a fan of calling and interacting with her reception staff as far as RX's and making appointments. I've heard the same thing from friends and family. However, once there, the care from the doctor and nurses is worth it. They are wonderful.

They always answer my portal questions and making sure I have understanding of their responses. Top tier care with knowledge of who I am in mind at all times. I will be with this practice as long as they are here. Highly recommend to everyone I know.

I used the UH app to schedule my appointment and was ecstatic that I could schedule within 48 hours! I was so happy to be able to see my PC for an illness! *** I love that she isn't overbooked and could actually sit with me to discuss some recent occurrences. Dr C has been my PC for almost 25 years *** I will advocate for Dr C until my last breath!

Dr Calabrese A very kind and concerned physician. She always spends all the time that you need her to on each visit. She always explains what the testing is showing , And is good about referring to physicians that are knowledgeable to continue my care. I've never had a bad experience with her. She listens to my issues and we get them resolved.
If I had any questions the nurse's were there to help me. The doctor she was awesome she made me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Calabrese is always on top of all my conditions. She not only knows what her treatments are she is also up-to-date on my *** which doctor Isn't even part of the University network as well as all my updates from my Neurologist. She even adds the *** test to my standard blood test, so Dr. *** doesn't need to order a test just for that. They also keep up with the meds from my PNP and everyone has everyone's number to make sure nothing affects my ***, and all of this goes through Dr. Calabrese and I don't think without her care for my health I would have this type of team treatment even with outside providers. You can tell she doesn't do it just as a job, but she truly cares. She came in ecstatic when my A1C finally went down. It is obvious she cares, and she expects the same of all support staff.
