I am in good health because of Tina....she showed me The Plate, and I've lost over 12 lbs., new prescription for my High Blood pressure, I am still working (home health care), and go to the gym at least 3x a week. Tina is the best to have come into my life.

I got in quick. Assistant is always helpful and the dr spent time with me talking about my concerns and also recommended things to help me feel better.

Tina was interrupted during my appointment by the nurse about another patient which disrupted our conversation and led me to forget some other questions I had. I ended up sending her a message in my chart but would have preferred an in person response and conversation.
