Kaitlin sat with me eye level, she spoke to me so kindly, she explained everything she was going to do, and told me she would talk me through every step. She was very kind and thorough. She even told me if I ever felt any pain or discomfort to say something and she would stop. Throughout my procedure she constantly asked me if I was okay? How I was feeling? And she talked me through each steps. I am so glad I was scheduled with her, I was so nervous and anxious and she made me feel at ease. She even made my next follow up appointment and explained the next steps. She truly made my experience 10000% better than what I expected. I truly felt I was in the best hands and that she was listening to me.
Kaitlin kind and courteous. As always, she listened to me and took her time. I never felt rushed.

This appt was cancer surgery follow-up, UH has been so caring, thoughtful and timely since day one. Thank you.
She was very attentive and answered the questions that I had . Her exam was explained step by step and she gave me an assessment of the physical exam . She followed up on a concern that I expressed and I am waiting for medication . I was very comfortable with her and look forward to future appointments .

Kaitlyn has always been very aware of my needs and medical history. Since it is 5 years since my cancer surgery, I will no longer need to see her.She was adamant that I need to continue following up with my regular OB/GYN.I appreciate her candor.
