The main problem is getting through for whatever reason on the phone and getting an answer when you are worried and at home.
Very friendly. The visit was supposed to be in person appointment. When we arrived, we were told that the visit was changed to a virtual appointment. Never received a notification as Phyllis isn't a email, text person. Old school appointment made, show up at scheduled time. They were very friendly and got us a room and NP.
