CNP Bucher was just extraordinarily kind, attentive, and helpful. I was nervous prior to this appointment because of the personal nature of the problem I was experiencing and the fact that I had gotten a rather cool response from my PCP. CNP Bucher just set me at ease, made me feel like the problem was conquerable, had a great sense of humor and grace, and just provided great care. She was current on literature related to the problem I am experiencing (I know a bit about medical research, so it's always shocking when I speak with a medical provider who seems to genuinely understand the nuances of current studies). Honestly, I wish more providers were as accessible, kind, and knowledgeable as she is.

Ms. Bucher and the medical team/staff at the office of Dr. *** (including the doctor, himself, when I see him) are the most caring, thoughtful, pleasant group of medical people I have dealt with in years. They make you feel like family with their caring attitudes and questions about your health and general well being. They explain things in ways you can understand. I wish all of my providers were like them.
